摘要
本文对首钢贵阳特钢60 t精炼炉脱硫的渣系优化成分进行分析,在生产中根据渣量、钢水温度、炉渣碱度、渣的氧化性和氩气搅拌等脱硫条件,进行渣系优化,结果实现脱硫率80%以上,缩短精炼时间20 min。
In this thesis,analyzes Guiyang Special Steel 60t refining furnace of Shougang desulfurization theoretical the main factors. in practice, according to the amount of slag, molten steel temperature, slag basicity , slag oxidation and argon stirring etc, optimize refining slag to achieve results of desulfurization rate of 80% , and shorten the refining time of 20min.
