摘要
循环流化床(CFB)锅炉普遍采用风水联合冷渣器或滚筒冷渣器进行底渣冷却。对山西平朔煤矸石发电有限公司二期2×300 MW机组CFB锅炉的37 t/h风水联合冷渣器的主要故障及其原因进行了分析,提出了合理控制锅炉运行床压、优化冷渣器起动投运顺序、控制燃煤粒径,优化运行风量及进渣量等措施。实施后,基本解决了冷渣器进渣管堵塞、排渣不畅等故障,保证了冷渣器的连续稳定运行。
The air-water combined slag cooler or called basket slag cooler is commonly adopted for CFB boilers to cool the bottom slags.The main faults occurred on 37 t/h air-water combined slag cooler and their causes have been analysed,and measures,such as reasonably controlling the bed pressure in operation,optimizing the sequence of starting the slag cooler up and putting it into operation,as well as controlling the particle size of fuel coal,and controlling the air flow rate and slag-entering amount in operation etc.,being put forward.After implementation,the faults occurred in slag cooler,including clogging in slag-intaking pipe,and unsmooth slag-discharging from the slag cooler have been basically resolved,ensuring continuous and stable operation of the slag cooler.
