Effect of electroacupuncture combined with early rehabilitation on motor function and platelet CD_(62)P inpatiants with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的观察电针加早期康复对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者肢体运动功能及血小板膜糖蛋白(CD62P)阳性表达率的影响。方法 60例ACI患者随机分为两组,治疗组(30例)采用电针加早期康复和药物等常规治疗,对照组(30例)仅采用早期康复及药物等常规治疗。用流式细胞仪技术测定两组治疗前和治疗后10d、20dCD62P的阳性表达率。用简化FuglMeyer法及Barthel指数评定患者的运动功能。结果治疗组治疗10d、20d后CD62P阳性表达率较对照组差异降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗10d后FuglMeyer下肢评分、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗20d后FuglMeyer下肢评分、ADL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针加早期康复能促进ACI患者运动功能的恢复,其对血小板活化有一定影响。 Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with early rehabilitation on motor function,performance in acticty of daily living(ADL),positive expression rate of platelet CD62P in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 60 patients with ACI were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).All the patients were treated with regular therapy with early rehabilitation and medicinal,while in treatment group received electroacupuncture.Platelet CD62P positive exoression rate measured by flow cytometry in patients with ACI before and after 10,20 days of treatment;motor function was measured by Barthel index and medicinal Fugl-meyer.Results The CD62P positive expression rate after 10,20 days of treatment was significantly lower than those in the normal control in the patients with ACI(P0.05);those of Fugl-meyer were higher in the treatment group than those in the control group after 10 days of treatment(P0.05),those of Fugl-meyer were significantly higher in the treatment group than those in the control group after 20 days of treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with early rehabilitation treatment can promote the recovery of motor function and effect positive expression rate of platelet CD62P in patients with ACI.
