摘要
分别以具有潜在有利变异性状的胡萝卜的根及丛生芽为外植体,比较了不同外植体获得无性系的灭菌方法和分化增殖生根的激素配比。结果表明,不同外植体的灭菌方法差别较大:用肉质根做外植体时,促进产生愈伤组织效果最好的培养基为MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L,促进芽分化增殖效果最好的培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L,促生根的理想培养基为MS+NAA 1 mg/L;以丛生芽为外植体时,芽增殖效果最好的培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,促生根的理想培养基为MS+NAA 1 mg/L。
The aseptic seedlings were gained from the root and caespitose shoots of carrot which might have useful variation. There were some differences in getting the asexual materials. In the way which gained the aseptic seedlings from the root of carrot, MS + 6 - BA 0.1 mg/L + 2, 4 - D 0.1 mg/L was more effective medium than any other treatment for the induction of the callus, and MS + 6 - BA 0. 5 mg/L was more effective medium for the differentiation and multiplication of adventitious buds, the better rooting medium was MS + NAA 1 mg/L. In the way which gained the aseptic seedlings from the caespitose shoots of carrot, the better multiplication medium for adventitious buds was MS + 6 - BA 1.0 mg/L, the better rooting medium was also MS + NAA 1 mg/L.
