The production situation of epoxy propane in Shandong Binhua Dongrui Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. was introduced. After improving partial process indexes of saponification system and those of light components removing system, the mass fraction of total aldehydes in epoxy propane reduced from 0. 005% to 0. 001 5% and thus met the requirement of customers
