摘要
本文研究了真空阴极电弧放电过程中阴极电弧源工作稳定性及其影响因素，研究了真空电弧斑的产生及运动规律。
This paper deals with the electric arc source working stability and the influence factors on vacuum cathode electric arc discharging process. The vacuum electric arc spots occuring and moving were investegated.
