摘要
以有机硅琥珀酸酯(PMPS)加脂剂为基质,采用COD30法、呼吸曲线法和BOD5/CODCr法对其生物降解性进行了研究。试验结果表明:当基质浓度为0~1000mg/L时,随着基质浓度的增加,基质的生物降解性逐渐变好,当pH值为7.1,污泥质量浓度为1000mg/L,不外加NaCl,基质浓度为1000mg/L时,基质最终生物降解率为89%。盐度、pH、污泥浓度对基质的生物降解性均有明显影响。通过单因素法对微生物降解性的影响因素进行了优化,基质生物降解的最佳盐度为0.4%、pH值为10,污泥质量浓度为2000mg/L。
The methods of COD30, respiratory curve and BODs/CODcr were adopted to evaluate the biodegradability of the anionic silicone (PMPS) fatliquor. The results show that when the range of substrate concentration is 0 - 1 000mg/L, the biodegrad- ability of the substrate gradually becomes better with the increase of substrate concentration. When the pH is 7.1, the sludge con- centration is 1 000mg/L and the concentrations of the substrate is 1 000mg/L, the substrate is biodegradable and the biodegrada- tion rate is up to 89%. Moreover, the effect of salinity, pH and the sludge concentration on the biodegradability of the substrate is obvious. The appropriate biodegradation conditions were optimized by single factor experiment: pH is 10 ,salinity is 0.4% and the range of inoculation amount is 2 000mg/L.
