文中从海事管理机构的法定职责出发,系统梳理船载集装箱危险货物瞒报谎报监督检查的程序,对于规范危险货物集装箱海上运输行为,保障危险货物集装箱海上运输安全具有重要的意义。
This essay, based on the legal responsibilities of the maritime authority, sorts out and describes the procedures for control and inspection on the concealed and false declarations of dangerous goods containers camed by ships. Such procedures are of great importance in regulating the operations concerning maritime tramport of dangerous goods containers and ertsuring the transport safety of the cl;mgerous goods containers carded by ships.
