摘要
运用Li-6400便携式光合作用测定系统对自然条件下鹿角杜鹃的光合作用日变化进行了研究。结果表明:鹿角杜鹃的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度的日变化均为典型的"双峰"曲线,最大值出现在11:00和15:00,最小值出现在13:00;光合有效辐射、空气温度、湿度等环境因子的日变化均为"单峰"曲线。鹿角杜鹃叶片净光合速率与气孔导度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),光合有效辐射与蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。
Diurnal variation in photosynthesis of Rhododendron latoucheae was measured in situ with Li-6400 portable photosynthesis measurement system during 9:00 to 17:00 on July 17th 2010.And effects of environmental factors on photosynthesis were discussed.The results show that the curves of diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomata conductance of Rhododendron latouchea leaves had two peaks,at 11:00 and 15:00 for peaks,and at 13:00 for depression,respectively.The curves of diurnal variation of PAR,Ca,Ci,Vpdl,RH and Ta showed one peak.Correlation analyses show that there was an remarkable positive correlation between photosynthetic rate and conductance to H2O(P0.05),and a extremely remarkable positive correlation between PAR and transpiration rate(P0.01).
