摘要
环境影响评价是环境管理的重要组成部分,为环境问题的决策提供了重要依据。总结了近年来环境影响评价制度所出现的问题,从环境影响报告文件的编制和审批两个方面进行了探讨,并提出了地区环评机构设置合理性指数I,为今后各地区环评机构的设置合理性评价提供了理论参考。
Environmental impact assessment is a very important part for environmental management, providing very important gist for environmental decision-making. Some problems of environmental impact assessment in recent years was sumed up, and the investigating from two parts of writing and approving environmental impact assessment report was carried out, The reasonable index I for the area environmental impact assessment institutions was presented, providing reference in the theory for area setting reasonable assessment environmental impact assessment institutions in the future.
