摘要
本文介绍了机床和仪器定位误差的各种微机补偿方法- 采用列表法和水平分割, 在由单片机控制的误差补偿系统中, 对感应同步器数显装置的定尺零位误差进行了补偿, 使其误差基本控制在正、负一个脉冲当量内- 理论分析和实验结果表明:
The present paper introduces various kinds of microcomputer aided positioning error compensation of machine tools and instruments . Listing & parallel dividing are adopted in a simple chip computer controlled compensation system to compensate the scaled zero position errors of the fixed ruler in digital display of inductosyn ,and the error is controlled within ±1 pulse compensating equivalent. The theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that considerable improvement of the positioning accuracy of machine tools and instruments is made by means of microcomputer aided error compensation.
