摘要
不同程度的水分胁迫处理下,随着胁迫程度的加重,大豆幼苗叶片细胞质膜的相对透性和反映膜脂过氧化水平的丙二醛(MDA) 含量逐渐增加,并且质膜相对透性和MDA含量的高低与大豆品种的抗旱能力呈负相关-
Under different conditions of water stress,relative permeability of plasma membrane and malondialdehyde(MDA) content that can reflect the level of lipid peroxidation become higher with increasing magnitude of stresses in the leaves of soybean( Glycine max ) seedling. It is also obtained that drought tolerance is negatively correlated with relative permeability of plasma membrane and MDA contents level in soybean cultivar.
