摘要
以每细胞1 000 个灭活的大肠杆菌诱导粉纹夜蛾传代细胞,诱导细胞的上清液经三氯醋酸沉淀提取诱导蛋白,抗菌活性用液体培养抑制测定法进行检测.试验证明:细胞诱导后第8 h开始产生抗菌物质,第12 h 达最高峰;提取的抗菌物质经100℃处理4 h,仍然保持抗菌活性.
This paper deals with the procedure for induction and detection of antibacterial activity from cultured insect ( Trichoplusia ni ) cells. The cells were treated with heat killed Escherichia coli strain NM539. The antibacterial activity can be detected using a liquid culture inhibition assay. Activity was present by 8 h after induction and reached a peak by 16 h. This antibacterial activity was stable to treatment for 4 h at 100℃.
