摘要
目的:优选安渴胶囊的提取工艺参数。方法:以葛根素和马钱苷的提出率为指标,采用正交设计法优选安渴胶囊水提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺为提取3次,每次加6倍量的水,提取1 h。平均提取转移率马钱苷为87.5%,葛根素为80.6%。结论:优化的提取工艺合理、稳定,适合安渴胶囊的制剂生产。
Objective：Optimization of extraction process of Anke capsule.Method： Orthogonal experimental design was used with the content of loganin and puerarin as index to study the condition of extraction process.Result： The optimal extract technique was boiling 3 times,adding 6 times of water,boiling 1h each time.The average transfer rate of loganin and puerarin were 87.5% and 80.6%.Conclusion： The technique is reasonable and it is suitable for industry production of Anke capsule.
