摘要
探讨了毛纺赛络纺毛/氨包芯纱的生产工艺。介绍了毛纺赛络纱的工艺原理,通过对原有细纱机的锭带、氨纶装置、中皮辊凹槽和其他附属设备进行设备改造,使其适应赛络纺的生产要求。对赛络纺复精梳工艺进行优化,选用较小的粗纱定量,合理的氨纶预牵伸倍数和氨纶丝位置,在细纱工艺中,调整喇叭口中心距,选用较大的细纱捻系数,并优化络筒工艺和生产管理,能够顺利生产赛络纺毛/氨包芯纱。同时,能够充分发挥赛络纺纱线强力高、毛羽少、条干好的优点。
The process of siro wool spandex core-spun yarn was disgussed.The processing principle of sirospun was introduced,the spinning frame was reformed by the spindle tape,spandex device,middle covered roll groove and the other affiliated device,so it can fit to the sirospun require.By optimizing the processing of combing,choosing light roving weight per unit,sound predrafting multiple of spandex and position,adjusting center distance of pipe socket,choosing biggish spinning twist factor and analyzing winding processing and production adminster,the wool/spandex core-spun yarn was spinning successfully.And the yarn have the advantages of sirospun with excellent strength,fewer hairiness and good evenness.
