摘要
利用线性近似方法推导了由e指数关联噪声驱动的单模激光他和损失模型、增益模型和损失模型的光强关联函数和功率话,讨论了激光模型中的地和效应,得到了一些有意义的结论.①在一定条件下,光强关联函数随时间演化会出现负极小值,而功率增随频率的变化会出现双峰;②激光模型中的确定论饱和项使激光的统计性质产生明显的变化,而随机炮和项则掩盖了这种变化.
By means of linear approximation methed, derived the intensity correlation function and power spectrum for saturation loss - noise, gain - noise and loss - noise models of a single - mode laser driven by exponential function correlahon noises. The saturation effects of the laser are discussed and som significant conclusons are obtained. (i ) In cedrin casses, the evolution curves of the intensity cormlation function versus the the exbhibit the negaitive minimum value, whera two peaks for the evoution of the power petIUIn with the boency emeop;(ii ) The obvious difference of the stahstical properties of the laser is caused by the detendnishc saturation term in laser medels but hided hy the random saturation term in it.
