摘要
文章以ICP-MS/ICP-AES法联合测定肉桂中的24个无机元素,方法的准确性用国家一级标准物质GBW10020对比分析证实。检测结果显示,该方法检出限低,分析速度快,准确可靠。在测定的24种元素中,含量最高为Ca达6500μg.g-1,其次为K(1600μg.g-1)、Mn(689.8μg.g-1)、Mg(570μg.g-1),而Be最少,仅0.004μg.g-1。
The contents of 24 inorganic elements in Cinnamomum cassia Presl were determined by using ICP-MS and ICP-AES technique.The accuracy of the methods are verified by comparative analysis of the standard reference material GBW10020.The analytical results indicated that this method had low detection limits,high accuracy and precision,and Cinnamomum cassia Presl was rich in Fe,Ca,K,Mn,Mg,and the content of Ca was in highest,amounting to 6500 μg·g-1,followed by K(1600 μg·g-1),Mn(689.8 μg·g-1),Mg(570 μg·g-1),and Be minimum,only 0.004 μg·g-1.
