摘要
针对轮式装载机在行驶过程中动臂液压缸的动态刚度变化,首先对工作装置进行受力分析,得到行驶工况下动臂液压缸作用力的计算公式。并对阀控液压缸进行分析,推导出动臂液压缸的动态模型。用MatLab软件编程,分析载重、路面等级以及工作装置悬置高度对动臂液压缸刚度特性的影响,结果可用于多体系统动力学分析。
Aiming at the stiffness variation of the lifting arm cylinder during the running process of the wheeled loader,the force conditions of the manipulator is first analyzed,and then the formula of calculating the force of the lifting arm cylinder in operation mode are deduced.The valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder is analyzed,and the dynamic model of the lifting arm cylinder is derived.In addition,MatLab is used to program and analyze the influence of loadings,road conditions and mounting height of manipulator on the stiffness of the lifting arm cylinder,which can be used for the dynamics analysis of multi-body systems.
