摘要
针对立磨笼式选粉机的具体结构,将其选粉区域分为重力分级区域和离心分级区域,推导出相应的颗粒终端速度计算公式和切割粒径计算公式。并通过江苏某厂的矿渣立磨笼式选粉机分选后的成品粒度给以验证。结果表明,立磨笼式选粉机切割粒径的计算公式是正确的,可用来指导立磨笼式选粉机的优化设计和圈流制粉系统参数的调整。
According to the structure of the rotating cage separator for the vertical roller mill,firstly,the separation zone is divided as gravitational zone and centrifugal zone,and then the formulas of computing the corresponding speed of grain terminal and separation grain size are deduced.The formulas are verified by the produced slag powder separated from a rotating cage separator for slag vertical roller mill in a Jiangsu plant.The results show that the formula of computing the separation grain size of the rotating cage separator is correct and can be used to guide the optimization design of the rotating cage separator for the vertical roller mill and the parameter adjustment of the circular powder manufacturing system.
