摘要
选用了PLC+运动控制器作为平板切割机的控制方式,设计了硬件系统,编制了梯形图程序和G代码程序,制作了触摸屏画面。该切割机可以切割出任意形状,功能强大,适用于各种不同场合。
PLC plus motion controller are selected as the controller of the plane cutter,and the hardware system is designed.In addition,ladder diagram and G code are programmed,and the interface of the touch screen is made out.The cutter can cut out any shape of plane with powerful function,and is suitable for various operations situations.
