摘要
光温敏雄性不育水稻的花粉育性受光照、温度的控制,长日、高温条件下表现不育,短日、低温条件下表现可育。水稻对光温敏核不育基因的表达条件、遗传规律、基因定位的研究对于两系法杂交稻育种的利用研究至关重要。
The pollen fertility of the photoperiod-thermo(P-T) sensitive genic male sterile(GMS) rice is regulated by day-length or temperature.The pollen is sterile under long-day or high temperature conditions,while it's fertile under short-day or low temperature conditions.The study of the expression condition,the genetic analysis and the gene mapping of the P-T sensitive GMS gene in rice is very important for the utilization of 'two-line' hybrid rice.
