摘要
为了揭示区域间科技差距的原因所在,以专业化分工理论为基础,建立了一个动态层级式科技发展模型。结合1997-2007年面板数据,运用shapley值分解方法对中国区域科技差异进行分解。研究结果发现:(1)R&D研究人员数量和市场结构(市场化指数k)对区域科技发展影响较大;(2)区域间的国家R&D经费投入,研究人员数量以及地方政府的科技拨款对形成区域间科技差异的贡献较大;(3)地方政府的科技拨款对区域间科技差异贡献率有上升趋势,而R&D经费的科技差异贡献率却趋于下降。
In order to explore the phenomenon on disparities of regional technology,we have developed a dynamic hierarchical structure model based on the theory of specialization in this paper.We use the method of shapley value decomposition and pool data from 1997 to 2007 to study the disparities of regional technology.We find that: 1.RD researchers and market structure have important influence to regional technology;2.RD,RD researchers and local technology appropriation have much more contribution to disparities of regional technology.3.The contribution to the disparities of regional technology caused by local technology appropriation is on an uptrend,while the contribution caused by RD is on a downtrend.
