摘要
用150 m g·kg- 1和250 m g·kg- 1多效唑处理二叶一心期的高粱幼苗,可不同程度地提高植株根冠比;增加其渗透调节能力,降低单位时间内失水率;提高叶片叶绿素含量和光合作用强度;降低脯氨酸含量,减轻膜伤害程度,从而提高植株的抗旱性.
The plants of sorghum are treated with 150 mg·kg -1 、250mg·kg -1 PP333,and their drought resistant ability is observed.The results show that after treating,the water content,root cap ratio and osmosis regulating ability are promoted obviously in the plant.It is also showed that the chlorophyll content and photosynthesis intensity are higher than those in control group.The research on the malondialdehyde and plasmamebrane permeability shows that the treated plants membrane is not easily injured by external factors,but the proline content lower than that in the control.It is obvious that PP333 can improve the drought resistant ability of plants of sorghum.
