摘要
介绍了虚拟装配技术的设计思想,研究了在UG环境下,自顶向下虚拟装配技术,并以5自由度汽车覆盖件刚度仪虚拟设计为例介绍了UG中自顶向下装配设计的具体方法,生成二维工程图,并列出与传统设计方法比较的图表。将UG虚拟样机技术应用于汽车覆盖件刚度仪设计,不仅实现了刚度仪的三维实体建模,还实现了刚度仪虚拟装配及运动仿真,有利于刚度仪快速设计与优化,提高工作效率,并可以更加直接、准确地实现设计者的意图,大大缩短新产品设计开发周期。
Design ideas of virtual assembly is introduced and top-down technologies of virtual assembly is researched under UG by taking automobile panels rigidity instrument of 5 degrees-of-freedom virtual assembly as an example,and the specific assemble method from top-down is introduced in UG,then two dimensional drawings are generated,and graph comparing with the tradition design method is listed.UG virtual sample technology will be applied in design of automotive panel stiffness instrument,not only three dimensional entity modelling for rigidity instrument has been realized,but also realized has rigidity assembly of the virtual instrument and the movement simulation,which faciates fast design and the optimization in rigidity instrument,improves the working efficiency as well.Moreover,designer's intention is realized directly and accurately and the design cycle is shortened greatly for new product development.
