摘要
对三维曲面零件连续柔性成形(CFF)新技术中的成形件形状控制、柔性辊轴线形状描述以及回弹等理论问题进行了研究。基于对连续成形过程中板料纵向与横向变形的分析,建立了成形纵向形状控制的理论与方法;结合多点控制的特点,给出了描述柔性辊辊形的样条插值公式;针对板料连续成形中的回弹补偿问题,基于对材料及变形方面的简化与假设,推导出横向与纵向回弹曲率半径的估算公式,给出了回弹修正方法。通过在CFF中的实际应用说明了这些理论与公式的有效性。
This paper presents a study of the theoretical problems such as the shape control of formed parts, the geometric description of bendable roll axes as well as springback, etc., involved in the continuous flexible forming( CFF) technology for three-dimensional surface parts. The following are the essentials. Based on the analyses of the deformations in longitudinal and transverse directions of sheet metal during CFF, the theory and method to control longitudinal forming process are set up. According to the feature of multi-point control of flexible rolls, the spline interpolation formulations to describe the shape of flexible roll axes are derived. For the springback compensation problem in CFF, on the basis of the simplifications and assumptions in materials and deformation, the formulations to estimate the curvature radii after springback in longitudinal and transverse directions are obtained and the method to correct springback is suggested. The actual applications of CFF confirm the effectiveness of the theory and formulations.
