摘要
针对国内市场上的光万用表多数与国外有较大的差距,或功耗过高或测量不够精确,而文献也多是研究独立的光功率计或红外光源系统的现状,设计了一款手持式光万用表系统。给出了关键模块的原理图、软件流程图以及数据处理算法,并对系统实现进行了较为详细的描述。该仪表以超低功耗微处理MSP430为控制核心,集成光功率计和红外光源模块,并具有USB通信接口。测试结果表明,其光功率计模块性能优异、功耗极低,其红外光源稳定,具有很高的使用价值。
Aiming at the actuality of the domestic optical multimeters which is inferior to their equivalents abroad, for their power consuming or impreciseness, and the actuality that most of the literatures are researching on optical power meter or optical power meter respectively, a new system of optical multimeter is presented. The schematic diagrams of key modules, the software flow charts and data processing algorithm are given out and the implement of the system is described particularly. This instrument, based on MSP430, consists of the optical power meter and the stabilized light source and a USB interface. The result of the test indicates that the instrument has better use value for its module of optical power meter with excellent performance and lower power consumption, and the module of infrared source is more stable.
