摘要
目的探讨军队医院护理人员职业倦怠状况与其性别、婚姻和文化程度的相关性。方法 2010年12月,采用自行设计的问卷及职业倦怠量表(maslach burnout inventory,MBI)对某部示范医院471名护理人员的职业倦怠状况进行调查,并分析其与性别、婚姻和文化程度的相关性。结果从检出率方面分析,低成就感的检出率最高(7.59%),其次是情感耗竭(5.73%)、人格解体(3.82%);从总体得分来看,职业倦怠3个维度的均分都未超过临界分值。人格解体维度与性别及婚姻状况、低成就感维度与婚姻状况及文化程度均呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论性别、婚姻状况和文化程度是护理人员发生职业倦怠的高敏因素,护理管理者应采取相应的措施加强护理人力配置,建立完善的支持系统,以降低护理人员的职业倦怠感;同时,护理人员应培养自身良好的应对方式,维护身心健康,以促进护理质量的提高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between job burnout and gender,marriage and cultural level of nursing practitioners in military hospitals.Methods A total of 471 nursing practitioners in a model military hospital were investigated on job burnout with Maslach burnout inventory(MBI) to determine its correlation with gender,marriage and cultural level in December 2010.Results Of the three dimensions of job burnout of nursing practitioners,the detection rates of low personal accomplishment,severe burnout and depersonalization were 7.59%,5.73% and 3.82% respectively.None of the three dimensional degrees of job burnout exceeded the critical values.However significant correlations were observed between depersonalization and gender and marriage as well as between personal accomplishment and marriage and cultural level(P0.01).Conclusion Gender,marriage and cultural level are hypersensitive factors.Nursing Managers should take appropriate measures to strengthen the human resource allocation,establish the comprehensive support to reduce job turnout of nurses.Nurses should develop their effective coping styles,maintain physical and mental health to improve nursing quality.
