中重型颅脑损伤患者的急救护理

摘要 目的探讨中重型颅脑损伤患者的护理经验,提高护理质量,降低病死率和病残率。方法回顾性分析我院2006年9月—2010年10月收治的216例中重型颅脑损伤患者的护理方法并加以分析和总结,结合每个患者的特点拟定出相应的护理方案。结果 216例患者中恢复良好120例,中残47例,重残19例,植物状态生存7例,死亡13例。结论 密切观察中重型颅脑损伤患者病情变化,结合每个患者的特点拟定合理的护理方案,可以提高治愈率,降低病死率和病残率。
