摘要
研究了膜生物反应器(MBR)中曝气强度、有机负荷和污泥停留时间(SRT)与污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)变化的关系。实验结果表明,随着气水比由20增加至40,污泥EPS逐渐下降。当气水比>35之后,EPS趋于稳定。随着有机负荷由0.129 kg COD/kg VSS.d减小至0.016 kg COD/kg VSS.d,附着型EPS减少,而溶解性EPS则呈现出增长趋势。当SRT从40 d增加至180 d时,附着型EPS浓度先是稍有减少,之后快速增加,溶解性EPS则增加。
The relationships of the diversification of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) with aeration intensity,organic loading and sludge retention time(SRT) in membrane bioreactor(MBR) were studied.Experimental results showed that the concentration of EPS decreased with the increase of air to water ratio from 20 to 40.When air to water ratio was over 35,the concentration of EPS remained relatively constant.As organic loading was reduced from 0.129 kg COD/kg VSS·d to 0.016 kg COD/kg VSS·d,the concentration of bound EPS decreased,and soluble EPS presented an adverse trend.When sludge retention time increased from 40 d to 180 d,the concentration of bound EPS decreased slightly and then increased rapidly,soluble EPS presented a same trend to sludge retention time.
