摘要
通过UG软件对采棉摘锭筒零件进行建模,介绍了拨叉轮,直齿轮的建模过程,再在UG的装配模块里对摘锭筒进行装配。实现了采棉机摘锭筒的虚拟设计,为实际生产提供装配模型。缩短了产品的研发周期,节约了开发成本,提高实际生产的效率与产品的可靠性。
Through the UG software to build the modeling for cotton-picking pick pieces of tube' s cylinder parts, this article introduces the modeling fork wheel, straight gear modeling process, again in the assembly of the module of UG picking pieces of cylinder assembly. Realize the cotton-picking machine to pick the pieces of the cylinder, virtual design provided for practical production assembly model. Shortened product development cycle, save the development cost and improve the efficiency of the practical production and reliability of the product.
