摘要
本文有针对性地对高校高层次人才的内涵、高层次人才建设、服务与管理的现状以及目前存在的问题进行了深入分析,并就此进行研究,提出了以人文环境、物质待遇和精神鼓励为高校引进、培养和稳定人才的基本要素,以"适才适用"为用人基本原则,以创造良好人文环境为宗旨的构建高校高层次人才跟踪服务管理机制的对策措施。
This paper analyses the connotation of high-level talents,current situation of the high-level talents' service and management as well as its existing problems.The paper argues that the humanistic environment,material well-being and spiritual encouragement are basic factors to recruit,cultivate and attract high-level talents.We should take "proper talents in proper place" as the principle and "a favorable humanistic environment" as the aim.
