摘要
目的盐酸小檗碱的精制得到的纯品制备成滴丸,研究制备的工艺因素,而得到的最佳制备工艺。方法以滴距、滴速、药液温度和冷却液温度作为考察因素,以溶变时限、外观质量和丸重差异作为评价指标,采用正交设计实验优选滴丸的处方和成型工艺。结果以提取和精制所得的盐酸小檗碱为原料药,以PEG6000为基质,以液体石蜡为冷却液,当基质熔融时,制备盐酸小檗碱滴丸时以药物:基质为1∶4,滴管口径为2mm,药液温度为70℃,滴速为40滴.min-1,滴距为7cm,冷却液的温度是2℃为最佳条件。结论制备所得的滴丸溶散时限小、外观质量好丸重差异小,符合滴丸的质量要求,可用于盐酸小檗碱滴丸制备。
OBJECTIVE Berberine hydrochloride refining get tasted preparation,research into dropping of the preparation of technological factors,and get the best preparation process.METHODS To drop distance,dripping speed,solution temperature and cooling fluid temperature as investigation factors to dissolve variable time limit,exterior quality and pills heavy differences as evaluation index,using the orthogonal experiment design optimization of dropping prescriptions and molding process.RESULTS To extract and refined income of berberine hydrochloride for apis to PEG6000 for matrix,with liquid paraffin wax as coolant,when matrix during melting,preparation of berberine hydrochloride dropping in medicine:matrix for comforteth,dropper caliber,solution temperature for 2mm for 70℃,dripping speed for the 40d·min-1,dripping from 7cm,cooling fluid for the temperature is 2℃ for optimum condition.CONCLUSION Preparation of income,dropping time small scattered soluble appearance quality good pill heavy differences,accord with small dropping quality requirements,and can be used in the preparation of berberine hydrochloride dropping.
