摘要
为将环模寿命定量化,分析了环模的失效形式、失效机理和影响环模寿命的结构因素;根据材料的疲劳寿命实验数据,利用Weibull公式建立了环模疲劳失效的S-N曲线,对环模的疲劳寿命进行研究;最终借助COS-MOS有限元软件将环模的疲劳寿命量化,采用雨流计数法对不同结构参数下的环模进行数值计算,得出不同结构参数下环模的疲劳寿命数据,并确定模孔孔径为10mm、模孔交替排列且模孔数为720的环模为理想环模。
In order to make the life of loop-die quantitative,failure forms,failure mechanism,and factors referring life of the loop-die have been analysed.Basic on the material fatigue life experimental data,using the Weibull formula the S-N curve of loop-die is built.COSMOSWorks software is used to analyze the fatigue life of loop-die with different structural parameters,using rain-flow counting method in the process.Finally the results show that the ideal loop-die is with 720 circles,10mm diameter and alternated rows holes.
