摘要
为了解决城市生活污水处理问题,实现生态环境的良性循环,以三菱可编程控制器为核心,结合先进的SBR(间歇式活性污泥法)工艺,设计了一个由废水处理池、清水池、中水水箱、电气控制箱以及水泵、罗茨风机、电动阀门和电磁阀等部分组成的生活污水处理控制系统.利用GT Simulator软件进行了系统的调试和仿真分析.调试结果表明,系统能按照设定的工艺流程可靠运行,达到了预期目标.
To solve the problem of the city life sewage treatment and realize positive cycle of ecological environment, this paper used the Mitsubishi PLC as the control core, combined with the advanced SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process) process, designed the life sewage treatment control system which is composed of a wastewater treatment pond, clean water tank, water tank, electrical control box, as well as pump, Roots blower, electric valves and solenoid valves and so on. The paper used GT Simulator carry out a system simulation analysis. The debugging results showed that the system can run in accordance with a reliable operation as the set technical process and achieve anticipated target.
