摘要
商业信用是企业特别是受到信贷约束的中小私有企业获得外部融资的一种重要方式。利用2004—2008年中国制造业上市公司数据,分析市场竞争与银行贷款对上市公司商业信用的影响。结果显示:市场竞争和应收账款正相关,和应付账款负相关;随着银行贷款的增加,企业的应收和应付账款都有所增加。
Trade credits are an important external financing channel for firms, especially for private medium and small firms that suffer from credit constraints. Utilizing the data of listed manufacturing companies between 2004 and 2008, the thesis analyzes the impact of market competition and bank loan on the trade credit of listed companies. The results show:The market competition is positively correlated with the Accounts receivables and negatively correlated with the Accounts payables;Both the accounts payables and accounts receivables will increase with the increase of bank loans.
