摘要
雷特承压堵漏技术主要采用了惰性堵漏材料雷特超强堵漏剂,其性能稳定,施工简单,具有提升承压能力的效果。本文从地层资料分析、堵漏浆配方的确定及堵漏浆配制与注入、憋堵施工全过程,介绍了TP226x井的承压堵漏技术,通过采用惰性堵漏材料雷特超强堵漏剂,进行了三次打压憋堵试验,达到了固井和完井施工需要的目的。
Neotoy pressure bearing plugging technology mainly adopts inert lost circulation material, Neotoy super-strong lost circulation additive. Its performance is stable, operation is simple, and it can enhance the pressure bearing ability. This paper introduces the pressure bearing plugging technology of well TP226x by analyzing formation data, determining lost circulation pill composition, and preparing and injecting lost circulation pill etc. Using inert lost circulation material, Neotoy super-strong lost circulation additive, carried out three experiments of increasing pressure resistance on some position, and met the requirement of cementing and well completion.
