摘要
目的:观察并比较玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩两种桩核系统在不同程度的上颌前牙牙体缺损修复中的远期临床疗效。方法:随机选取18~50岁的病例167例共321颗经过完善根管治疗,需行桩核修复的上颌前牙,按照临床牙冠缺损的程度不同分为3级,随机分组,设计制作玻璃纤维桩核(A组81例共172颗患牙)和铸造金属桩核(B组86例共149颗患牙),桩核完成后均行烤瓷熔附金属全冠修复。患者随访2年,观察其修复效果。结果:3级患者中,A组治疗成功率分别为85.42%、98.61%、98.08%,总体成功率为94.77%;B组治疗成功率分别为82.5%、82.22%、84.38%,总体成功率为83.22%。经统计学检验,除第1级患者,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);A组第1级病例成功率与其他两组和整体成功率相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),其他各组无显著性差异。结论:两种桩核系统均能取得良好的治疗效果,但玻璃纤维桩在前牙牙体缺损修复中临床效果优于金铂合金桩核。
Objective To observe and evaluate the long-term clinical effect of glass fiber post core and Au-Pt alloy post core for anterior teeth restoration in varying degrees defects.Methods Glass fiber post core(group A,81cases,172 teeth) and Au-Pt alloy post core(group B,86cases,149 teeth) were used for 321 anterior teeth restoration in three degrees defects.After two years follow-up,we observed the restoration effect.Results In the different degrees,the success rate are 85.42%、98.61% and 98.08%,the overall rate is 94.77% in group A,whether the success rate are 82.5%、82.22% and 84.38%,the overall rate is 83.22% in group B.There was statistically significant difference between two groups except the first degree.Conclusion Glass fiber post and light-cure resin core has better clinical effect than Au-Pt alloy post core used to restore residual crown and root of upper anterior tooth.
