摘要
用微波辅助提取法、超声辅助提取法和回流提取法对岳麓山白三叶草中异黄酮的提取进行了研究,通过单因素试验考查了固液比、提取液乙醇浓度和提取时间对异黄酮提取效率的影响,确定了各种提取方法的最佳提取条件.结果表明:采用微波辅助提取法,自1.000 g白三叶草样品中异黄酮的提取量可以高达210.6μg,明显优于超声辅助提取法的173.7μg和回流提取法的171.5μg,说明微波辅助提取法具有简便、快速、提取效率高和环境友好的优点.
Microwave-assisted extraction,ultrasonic assisted extraction,and reflux extraction were adopted for the comparative study of isoflavones extraction in white clover growing in Yuelu Mountain.By using single-factor tests,the effects of the solid-liquid ratio,the ethanol concentration and the extraction time on the extraction efficiency of isoflavones were investigated.The optimum conditions of different extract methods are also explored.The results show the extract content of isoflavones in 1.000 g of white clover sample with microwave-assisted extraction(210.6 μg) is prefer to that with the ultrasonic assisted extraction(173.7 μg) and the reflux extraction(171.5 μg).And the microwave-assisted extraction is convenient,high efficient,and environment friendly way for extracting isoflavones from white clover growing in Yuelu Mountain.
