摘要
通过分析铝合金模锻工艺的特点,确定合理的铝合金连杆模锻工艺并绘制了模具图。同时利用DEFORM软件对锻造过程进行模拟研究,预测出锻件上的缺陷位置,为实际锻造生产提供理论依据。研究发现,锻压过程中合金的流动性整体较好,在锻件头部和杆部边缘处充填性稍差,主要的缺陷也易在这些部位产生。锻压过程中应力总体呈增加的趋势,在锻件结构较复杂的地方,应力值较大,且变化无明显规律;相反,在变形较简单的部位其应力变化较平缓。其次,应力值较大的地方应变值较小,符合锻造过程中的应力应变变化规律。
By analyzing the characteristics of aluminum alloy forging process,a reasonable forging process of aluminum alloy was determined and a drawing of reasonable forging mold was designed.Based on DEFORM software,the forging process and predict the forging defect locations were simulated that provided a theoretical basis for the actual forging production.It is found that the alloy has a better mobility in forging process.Lack of filling occurred in the head and the edges.The main flaw is also easy to produce in these parts.The overall stress tended increasing during the forging process.Especially in complicated structure,the stress is larger and no significant changes in the law.In contrast,at simple deformed structural parts the stress become more moderate.Besides,in the position of larger value stress the local strain is smaller that coincide with the law of stress and strain change during the common forging process.
