摘要
目的:研究姜黄素与甘草次酸联合用药的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT法,研究姜黄素、甘草次酸以及姜黄素和甘草次酸联合用药分别对人肝癌细胞株HepG-2、人乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7、人肺癌细胞株A549的细胞增殖抑制率,并计算出相应的IC50值。结果:得到姜黄素、甘草次酸以及姜黄素和甘草次酸联合用药对三种肿瘤细胞株的抑制率IC50值分别为:姜黄素(16.3~19.3μg.mL-1);甘草次酸(11.6~36.1μg.mL-1);姜黄素和甘草次酸联合用药(10.5~16.2μg.mL-1)。结论:甘草次酸可以显著加强姜黄素对HepG-2、MCF-7、A549癌细胞增殖的抑制作用,而且两者在癌细胞的增殖抑制方面表现出协同作用。
Objective:To study the anti-tumor activity of curcumin combining with glycyrrhetinic acid in vitro.Methods:MTT method was used to test inhabitation of curcumin combining with glycyrrhetinic acid with three kinds of human tumor cells(HepG-2,MCF-7 and A549 tumor cells)in vitro and IC50 values were calculated,respectively.Results:IC50 values of curcumin,glycyrrhetinic acid and curcumin combining with glycyrrhetinic acid tested with three cancer cell lines were 16.3~19.3μg·mL-1,11.6~36.1μg·mL-1 and 10.5~16.2μg·mL-1,respectively.Conclusions Curcumin combining with glycyrrhetinic acid has positive effect on inhabiting those tumor lines in vitro.
