摘要
目的了解武陵源区已婚妇女中尖锐湿疣患病状况及其影响因素,为妇女尖锐湿疣的防治提供科学依据。方法资料收集采用现况研究,标本检测采用PCR技术,运用SPSS13.0软件对2009年武陵源区已婚妇女尖锐湿疣患病调查资料进行数据分析,统计方法用χ2检验和Logistic回归分析。结果 2208例研究对象中,共检出尖锐湿疣患者130例,患病率为5.89%;不同年龄(χ2=24.932,P<0.01),不同结婚年限(χ2=20.675,P<0.01)以及不同产次(χ2=13.325,P<0.01)的尖锐湿疣患病率差异有统计学意义;多因素分析显示,HPV感染(P<0.01)是尖锐湿疣的危险因素,年龄(P<0.01)、文化程度(P<0.05)是尖锐湿疣的保护因素。结论武陵源区已婚妇女尖锐湿疣患病率处于较高水平,其患病与HPV感染有关,尖锐湿疣患病高峰年龄主要集中在20～25岁、35～39岁,文化程度越低者尖锐湿疣患病危险越大。
[Objective] To learn the prevalence and influential factors of condyloma aeuminatum among married women in Wulingyuan area and provide scientific basis for eondyloma acuminatum prevention. [Methods] Cross-sectional study was used to collect the data, and Specimens were detected by PCR, making use of the SPSS 13.0 software to analyze the data of condyloma prevalence survey among married women of Wulingyuan in 2009 the statistical methods were the X^2 test and the non-return conditions Logistic. [Results] 130 out of 2 208 married women were detected condyloma acuminatum with a total prevalence rate of 5.89% .the difference was significant in the condyloma aeuminatum prevalence rate between different ages （X^2-=24.932, P〈0.01） different married times （X^2=20.675, P〈0.01） and different number of produce （X^2=13.325, P〈0.01）. Multivariate analysis showed that the HPV infection （P〈0.01） was risk factor of condyloma acuminatum while the age （P〈0.01） and education （P〈0.05） were the protective factors. [Conclusion] The prevalence rate ofeondyloma acuminatum for the married women in Wulingyuan was at a high level, the prevalence of condyloma acuminatum were related with the HPV infection, condyloma incidence peak ages were mainly 20-25 years old, 35-39 years old. The lower education level the greater risk eondyloma disease.
