摘要
目的比较微型钢板与克氏针内固定治疗掌(跖)、指(趾)骨骨折的疗效。方法对40例掌(跖)、指(趾)骨骨折分别采用手术切开复位微型钢板、克氏针内固定,并随访其骨折愈合情况及远期功能效果。结果两组病例均获随访,随访时间4~14个月,微型钢板组骨折均解剖复位,全部愈合,平均愈合时间5.1周。克氏针组3例延迟愈合,平均愈合时间8周。结论应用微型钢板内固定治疗手足部骨折,在表面刚度/固定的稳定性方面均优于克氏针内固定,为骨折的早期功能锻炼打下了坚实的基础。
[ Objective ] The purpose of this study was to evaluate clinical results for open reduction and internal fixation of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures using miniature plates vs Kirschner wire. [Methods] 40 cases were treated. The follow-up periods were 4 months to 14 months. [Results] All the fractures have recovered. In the plates group, the average recovered time was 5.1weeks. And in the kirschner wire group, the average recovered time was 8 weeks. [ Conclusion ] To evaluate the most common aspects, such as stability, stiffness, we find that it is satisfying that treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures with miniature nlates than kirsehner wire.
