钼靶结合超声对乳腺癌检出的价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨超声与钼靶联合应用对乳腺癌检出的价值。方法收集该院106例女性乳腺疾病患者,将超声、钼靶单独使用和结合使用结果与病理诊断结果相比较,计算其敏感度、特异度、正确率、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。用χ2检验其差异。结果超声和钼靶检查的敏感度、特异度、正确率、阳性预测值和阴性预测值无明显差异,两者结合明显提高敏感度、特异度和正确率。结论超声和钼靶对乳腺癌的检出都有较高的准确性、敏感度和特异度,是乳腺癌较好的诊断工具,超声与钼靶结合能起到优势互补的作用。 [ Objective] To access the utility of uhrasonography combining with mammography in diagnosis of breast cancer. [Methods] A total of 106 female patients with breast disease, the results of ultrasonography and mammography and combination with the applicat/on were compared with the pathological diagnosis. CMeulate its sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value. Use X^2 test its differences. [Results] The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of uhrasonography and mammography were no obvious difference. The sensitivity, specific and accuracy of combination with the application can obviously improved. [Conclusions] Ultrasonography and maminography in breast cancer detection, have high accuracy and sensitivity, specific, breast better diagnostic tool, of ultra sonography and mammography combination plays the role of complementary advantages.
