摘要
目的研究妊娠期接受手机辐射对仔鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法将32只清洁级Wistar妊娠雌性大鼠按体重随机分为对照组和低(10 min)、中(30 min)、高(60 min)强度辐射暴露组,每组8只。暴露组保持手机听筒位于孕鼠耳部相应时间(10、30、60 min),对照组不接通手机。每日受话3次,连续受话20 d。测定新生大鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholine esterase,AChE)活力;饲养4周后,利用跳台试验测定幼鼠的学习和记忆情况。结果与对照组比较,高强度辐射组新生大鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶的活力较高(P<0.05),错误次数1较多(P<0.05);中、高强度组新生大鼠的潜伏期较短(P<0.05),错误次数2较多(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期孕鼠接受一定强度手机辐射对仔鼠学习记忆能力会产生损害。
Objective To investigate the effect of pregnancy exposure to electromagnetic radiation of cellphone on learning and memory ability of offspring rats.Methods Thirty-two Wistar pregnant female rats of clean level were randomly divided into the control group and the low(10 min),moderate(30 min),high(60 min) intensity of radiation group(n=8).The pregnant rats received radiation 3 times a day for 20 consecutive days.The activity of acetylcholine esterase(AChE) in the brain of newborn rats was determined;then the ultra-structure of hippocampus was observed with electron microscopy and the step down test was carried out to determine the learning and memory ability of infant rats aged 4 weeks.Results The activity of AChE and the number of error 1 in the high intensity group was significantly higher compared with the control group(P0.05).The high intensity group and moderate intensity group had shorter latency period(P0.05) and larger number of error 2(P0.05) compared with the control group.Conclusion Receiving electromagnetic radiation from cellphones at certain intensity during pregnancy period may have adverse effect on learning and memory ability of offspring rats.
