摘要
为了解塑性变形同作用应力、作用时间的相互关系,对方平组织为基布的PVC涂层膜材料进行经纬2个方向的单轴向拉伸蠕变试验,测量卸载1 a后试样的塑性变形量。利用塑性应变为作用应力差的幂函数与作用时间幂函数的乘积所构成的多元函数,对试验数据进行了多元回归分析。结果表明所采用的模型具有较好的拟合效果。同时,对塑性变形中的瞬时变形与推迟塑性变形进行了分析,结果显示瞬时变形是塑性变形的主要部分,而推迟变形是次要部分,且随着时间的延长,推迟塑性变形的增加量将越来越小。
To make understanding of the relationship of stress and time during plastic deformation,the single axial tensile creep tests of PVC coated fabric with regular basket weave were performed at warp and weft directions,and the plastic deformation of the specimen were measured after removing the load 1 year.Using multiple functions from the product of both stress difference power function and time power function,the experiment data were studied using multiple regression analysis.It was concluded that the model had better fitting results.At the same time,the instantaneous plastic deformation and delayed plastic deformation in the total plastic deformation were analyzed.It was showed that the instantaneous deformation was the main part of the plastic deformation,while the delayed plastic deformation was a minor one and,the delayed plastic deformation would become smaller and smaller with time.
