摘要
在人工气候箱中,对高羊茅品种‘佛浪’(Festuca arundinacea cv. Fine Lawn)原始株系及其辐射诱变后代中筛选的5个优良株系进行高温胁迫,然后通过研究各株系的生理生化指标变化特征,一方面比较6个株系的耐热性,另一方面试图为高温高湿地区鉴定和选育耐热的冷地型草坪草提供一定的理论基础。结果表明,随着高温胁迫时间的延长,各株系的伤害率、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量变化均呈升高趋势;叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性整体变化趋势为先升高后降低;可溶性糖含量呈降低的变化趋势。通过隶属函数法对6个高羊茅株系的耐热性进行综合评价,强弱顺序为‘HN001’>‘HN005’>‘HN002’>‘HN006’>‘HN003’>‘HN004’。
A experiment was conducted to monitor the effect of high temperature stress on physiological in- dexes of the original lines and six lines and five better offsping from irradiated mutants of tall rescue in the artificial climate chamber for comparing the heat tolerance of six lines and providing the reliable theory basis for selecting cool-season turfgrasses with strong heat tolerance. This study showed that the injury rate of all lines, the MDA and proline content increased, and that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), chlorophyll and soluble protein content firstly increased, and then decreased, and that the soluble sugar content decreased as the high temperature stress time continued. Based on subordinate function analysis, a comprehensive evaluation indicated that the order of heat resistance of six lines followed the pattern with ' HN001 ' 〉' HN005' 〉 ' HN002' 〉 ' HN006' 〉 ' HN003'〉' HN004'
