摘要
磷酸铵盐干粉是哈龙灭火剂的最佳替代品之一,同时,超细干粉的灭火效果要远远大于普通的干粉灭火剂。将超细磷酸铵盐干粉用于抑制瓦斯爆炸,采用容积为20 L近球形气体抑爆实验系统,测试粒径为22μm的超细磷酸铵盐干粉对瓦斯的抑爆效果。实验结果表明:该超细磷酸铵盐干粉使浓度为7%的瓦斯最大爆炸压力pm最大降低32%,同时,粉体最佳抑爆浓度为50 g/m3。实验证明,抑爆粉体的抑爆效果不仅与粉体的浓度有关,同时也与瓦斯浓度有一定的关系。
Fire Extinguishing Agen-Superfine Ammonium Phosphate Dry Chemical(FEASAPDC)is one of the best substitutes of the behalon extinguishing agent.At the same time,the extinguishing effect of the ultrafine dry powder is much better than ordinary dry powder.In this dessert,the Ultrafine ammonium phosphate dry powder is used in the experiment to restrain the gas explosion.We use the self-improved volume 20 L nearly ballmode explosion restrained test system to test the effect of explosion suppression of the ultrafine ammonium phosphate dry powder whose paiticular size is 22μm.The results show-ed that:the dry powder make the maximum explosion pressure lower 32% when the gas density is 7%.At the same time,the best restrained density is 50g/m3.The experiment proved that:the restrained effect of the dry powder is not only relected to the powder density,but also relected to the gas density.
