摘要 以调查问卷与重点访谈为基础,从量化分析的角度研究了转基因食品认知度与购买意愿的关系。研究表明:随着对转基因食品生产原理了解程度的提高,就越倾向愿意购买;对转基因食品生产原理不了解者比较容易产生担忧甚至畏惧心理,从而倾向不愿意购买。转基因食品的正面作用大于负面作用,发展潜力巨大。在对转基因食品的态度上,应珍惜并运用中国文化中的"和谐"思想,加强理性思维。 The relationship between cognition and purchase intention for genetically modified foods is studied with quantitative analysis of questionnaire research and in-depth interviews.It shows that people with better understanding of the productive principle of genetically modified foods are more willing to purchase genetically modified foods than those less informed.Meanwhile,the study indicates that positive effects of genetically modified foods surpass the negative ones and genetically modified foods have a bright future.Furthermore,the harmonious thought from Chinese culture should be cherished and adopted,and rational thinking should be enhanced for people to transform their attitude towards genetically modified foods.
