摘要
针对有杆泵抽油井中油管与抽油杆之间磨损日益严重的问题,设计了一种依靠井内原油润滑的扶正器。该扶正器设计特定的结构可以储存润滑油,并且在抽油杆与油管相对运动的过程中扶正器与油管接触部位释放出原油,利用井液中的原油增强扶正器与油管壁的润滑作用和保护作用,提高抽油杆和油管的工作寿命。试验结果表明:当抽油杆运动达到一定速度后,扶正器和油管之间可以形成稳定的原油润滑油膜。
As the eccentric wear between tubing and pumping rod in the sucker-rod pumping well is becoming increasingly severe,a new centralizer relying on crude oil as lubricant in the well was developed.The centralizer has specific architecture which can store the lubricating oil.During the process of the relative motion between the tubing and pumping rod,the centralizer released crude oil into the the contact site with the tubing.The crude oil improved the lubrication between the cetralizer and tubing.The working life of the tubing and pumping rod was increased.As the exeperiment showed,when the speed of the pumping rod reaches a certain value,a stable crude oil lubricant film formed between the centralizer and tubing.
