摘要
介绍了某电力公司600MW超临界W型火焰无烟煤锅炉的设计特性、主要系统,以及调试过程。调试中采用稳压和降压相结合的吹管工艺,提出了劣质无烟煤燃烧技术和锅炉干湿态转换判据,确定了锅炉干湿态转换点、锅炉亚临界压力转超临界压力时的分离器压力,等等。对试运中存在和处理的一些问题进行了分析。总结试运过程的经验,对我国W型火焰超临界锅炉的发展有较大意义。
This paper introduced the design characteristics, main system components, and the commissioning processes of a 600 MW W-shaped flame super-critical boiler fired anthracite coal in the Power Plant. During the steam purging process, the dropping-pressure and stable-pressure methods were joined successfully. Criterions to determine the transformation point of recirculation mode to once-through mode were put forward; also the parameters at the turning poet, such as the load and the separator pressure were determined. The design defects and operation problems were also discussed in the paper. The commissioning practice is beneficial to the further development and application of the same type boilers.
